ContractorJi is an online listing and discovery platform that enables contractors, service providers, suppliers, and businesses to display their services and contact details so that users can directly connect with them. We do not sell or supply any services. All services listed on our platform belong solely to the respective contractors.

2. No Direct Sales By ContractorJi

Since ContractorJi does not directly provide, supply, or guarantee any service, we do not process any orders, payments, cancellations, or refunds between users and contractors. Therefore, refunds or cancellations do not apply to us in any manner.

3. Transactions Between User And Contractor

Any product or service inquiry, quotation, negotiation, payment, or delivery made via the platform is a direct interaction between the user and the respective contractor. ContractorJi will not be responsible for:

• Service quality, availability, or delivery timelines,
• Payment disputes or returns,
• Issues arising between the user and contractor,
• Any failure, loss, or dissatisfaction resulting from contractor-provided services.

4. Refunds For Paid Listings / Membership Plans

If you have purchased any paid services from ContractorJi (premium listings, top ads, advertisement plans, membership packages, or subscription plans), the following refund policy applies:

• No refund is allowed once a listing, banner, or advertisement has been activated.
• Refunds are not issued for user-side errors, incorrect information, or change of mind.
• If a duplicate payment or technical error occurs, contact our support team within 7 working days.
• Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 10–15 business days after approval.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments made directly to ContractorJi for listing or promotional services will be handled by our internal support team. For disputes involving contractors (e.g., work quality, service delivery), users are advised to contact the contractor directly, as ContractorJi is not involved in these transactions.

6. Limitation Of Liability

ContractorJi and SHOPNO ECOMMERCE PVT LTD shall not be liable for any claim, compensation, refund, loss, or damage arising from contractor–user interactions or third-party transactions. Our responsibility is limited solely to providing a listing and discovery platform.
