These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website www.contractorji.com and related services provided by SHOPNO ECOMMERCE PVT LTD Company. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Our Service

ContractorJi is an online listing and discovery platform that enables contractors, suppliers, service providers, and businesses to create profiles and list their services. We operate solely as an information and matchmaking platform and do not sell, supply, ship, or guarantee any work or service listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts under applicable law to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility conditions.

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep it updated;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• Be solely responsible for all activity under your account;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Listings & Content

All contractor profiles, descriptions, images, services, and other content (“Listings”) are provided by the users who post them. By submitting Listings, you confirm that you have the right to post such content and that it is accurate and non-infringing.

We reserve the right to edit, remove, or refuse any Listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Use of Service & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, illegal, or infringing content;
• Transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited messages;
• Access or collect other users’ personal data without consent;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or website operations.

6. Transactions, Payments & Refunds

All interactions, payments, warranties, services, and disputes between buyers and contractors are strictly between those parties. ContractorJi does not participate in payments, service quality, delivery, refunds, or guarantees in any manner.

For any paid advertising, subscription, or promotional services on the ContractorJi platform, our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (design, graphics, text, UI, images) is owned by ContractorJi or its licensors. Contractors retain ownership of the listings they post. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

9. User Representations & Indemnity

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and not to violate any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold ContractorJi, its employees, directors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Limitation Of Liability & Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTRACTORJI PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY LISTINGS.

SHOPNO ECOMMERCE PVT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or business reasons. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

13. Modifications To Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy & Refund Policy, form the complete agreement between you and ContractorJi.
